Service
The service is to monitor the availability of Web site by Cyclic sending an HTTP request GET / HEAD, and test the response time. In case of problem notification is sent to the defined URL or mobile phone number.

Returns
The customer may at any time cancel the Services without the right of return part of the fees for the unused period of validity of the Services. In case of problems with the operation of the service providers fault the customer is entitled to receive compensation in the form one additional month for one day of missing monitoring service.
